Through the use of breathing exercises, yoga postures, and mindful activities, yoga can help to improve your overall quality of life, helping you cope with pain, stress, and tension to reach your personal wellness goals.
We offer private yoga lessons to help you get started with a home practice and/or to get you prepared for a group class. We also offer Yoga Therapy which is a more in-depth therapeutic approach to help you achieve specific wellness goals.
Courtney is a certified Level 1 Professional Yoga Therapist, and is pursuing advanced certification in Medical Therapeutic Yoga with Dr. Ginger Garner.
